TMS goes above and beyond. Their service is undervalued. They start with a full spring cleaning which is very thorough. He gives additional ideas to help with the house and even knows people that can complete the jobs. He suggested to us countertops and overhead lighting which at some point we would love to do. We were already thinking of doing at some point. When we do, we will consult him also. They are also wonderful people.

We are moving into a new house and I needed to have it cleaned and I was so blessed to reach out to TMS Cleaning Services. The gentleman responded immediately, we spoke and he issued me a quote and we set a date. The ladies came on time, actually they were early, and they did such an EXCEPTIONAL job. They were very friendly and courteous and they did above and beyond. When they left I laid on the floor and smiled. I am going to definitely use them once a month. TMS Cleaning Service did a fabulous job with a full deep cleaning of my home. The quality of their cleaning is the highest I've ever seen. I've hired 3 cleaning companies over the past 25 years and TMS quality is the best. The house smells fresh! My floors and furniture shine!! My doors and cabinets are white again- free of grease and finger prints! TMS also goes above and beyond. They cleaned and fixed our ceiling fan. They organized our DVDs and made the beds. These are great additional services that they do. I was so thrilled with the job that we decided to have them do a bi-weekly recurring cleaning. Tas is very professional and thorough. I am a very happy customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would like to scheduled a visit (no cost) to assess the house and get to know the customer and they get to know us as well.
if we settle the business we will then schedule ;

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in 2005 as a Janitorial Cleaner, I worked my way up to a District Manager Position at a Large Cleaning Business, Managing about 25 Buildings and Coordinating about 400 employees and Site Managers, throughout the years I have Learned how to Clean and disinfect efficiently and appropriately, I was highly educated and trained to handle from a regular light cleaning up to Full Sterilization in Laboratories that requires expertise.
