I would avoid hiring this guy, he doesn't do what he charges you for. I waited to write this to see if he would follow through on his promise, but he didn't, so here we are. Had Nilo come out as I just moved and wanted a cleanup done to my mulch beds, which included removing debris, weeding, edging, and then applying mulch. I was quoted $1200 which he said was a good deal, I didn't realize he meant good deal for him. I had done most of the debris cleaning, so all he did was do a little raking before doing the mulch beds. The main reason I was hiring him was to do weed removal, and they did absolutely NONE of it and just dumped a fraction of an inch of mulch over everything so it would look pretty long enough for him to get paid (cash by the way). When I complained about them not doing any weeding, he told me he would apply powerful weed killer. 9 minutes later he said he was done, which means they definitely didn't apply weed killer. But they also didn't show up on the second day until 5pm, claiming that they had truck issues, so ultimately they only had an hour to do stuff before they left due to them not caring. Within 4 days, I had weeds coming through EVERYWHERE so all of his work looked terrible within days because they half a**ed it. He promised he would come out a month later and respray, it has now been 7 weeks and he never once came out. I have had to spend so much time trying to fix his mistake, because now in order to remove weeds I need to now get rid of all the mulch he dumped on top of it. No weeding. No Landscape fabric. All he did was what I said plus he used a leaf blower on my lawn for a bit. He focused on all the areas I was fine with doing myself and screwed me over BIG TIME regarding the weeding. He also didn't even put mulch on a bed I requested him to do either, so even the easiest part of the job was done without caring. Just don't hire this guy, everyone else gives prices the same anyway and at least with other people you'll get what you paid for. This guy is flaky, hard to communicate with, and ultimately just dishonest about his work and charges you hundreds of dollars for services he doesn't even do.

Well, we went back and forth on when to come to do the leaves. A couple weeks ago now. Decided on a Wednesday, he didn't come, agreed on Friday, didn't come, last chance for Sunday, he said 12. Came at 1:20. I came out to greet him, brief discussion, shook hands, I went back in house. 20 minutes later I look out, don't hear them ( brought a partner), don't see them, they are gone. Did no work. . Didn't respond to questions other than 'thank you, have a nice day'. Can't give a zero star, but...... Buyer beware.
