Introduction: I have been practicing massage and spiritual coaching full time for 12 years since 2009, and part time since 2002 when I graduated from the Spa Tech Institute in Westboro, MA. I also studied various holistic practices, and taught yoga, with a number of professionals and yogis at the Easton Mountain Retreat center in New York State. I really love giving massage. I have given and received all the various styles and techniques including deep tissue, swedish, esalen, compressions, range of motion, stretching, neuromuscular, myofascial, trigger, reflexology, craniosacral, and others. I consistently get positive feedback, and I am open to changing style, technique, or pressure to fit the individual needs of those I work on. People tell me I am friendly and easy to talk to. I genuinely want to make a positive difference in your life. If you would like detailed information you can call or text me anytime, or you can also view my website. Reasons for doing this include being able to work one on one, and being able to help you relax and get relief from stress and pain. I also love being able to work with others in coordination with their fitness and spiritual goals, in a holistic way. I see everything in life as interconnected. What benefits one part of your life will effect the other parts. Being aware of this interconnection can bring greater health, balance, clarity, insight, and purpose.

Paul’s combination of knowledge and passion for massage therapy is only surpassed by his attention to details and calm personality. He brings a holistic approach to his practice which encompasses treating the whole person as he teaches his clients how to lead a healthy life. I highly recommend his services to everyone.

Massage Therapy

Paul is an expert at his craft. He was able to get the stiffness out of neck and shoulders. I feel great; I feel balanced and in tuned with my psyche. I strongly encourage everyone to experience his deep tissue massage. I left feeling relaxed and loose.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For massage, I am only able to offer travel services to you at this time. Will need a clean space large enough to set up the massage table and be able to walk around it. Massage is $80 for an hour or 120 for 90 minutes. For spiritual coaching, it is $100 an hour, done remotely. If in person sessions are necessary for yoga or meditation coaching, prices will vary depending on travel distance.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will do a brief intake to assess whether there are any injuries, surgeries, allergies, or other information relevant to receiving a massage. This usually doesn't take more than a couple minutes, unless there is extensive history. I then show the client how to position themselves on the massage table, and leave the room to allow them to disrobe to their level of comfort and get on the table. I then ask if they are ready before entering, and enter if they are. Typically I spend half the alloted time working while the client is prone (facedown) , and half while supine (face up), unless otherwise asked to work differently by the client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

615 hour massage course at the Polarity Realization Institute (now called the SpaTech Insititute) which included anatomy and physiology, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Neuromuscular, Range of Motion, Stretching, and other classes. I also studied in New York informally with a number of massage therapists and learned Esalen, Thai Massage, Lomi Lomi, Body Electric, and others techniques. Other classes include Yoga that included passive and active stretching, Polarity Therapy (form of energy work), Reiki (level 2), and other energy healing modalities.
