These guys were great. They personally did the work, didn't send a crew I didn't know. They were prepared to do basic maintenance on my gutters, even though they were there to clean, and for a reasonable price. No other guttercleaner I have ever hired has mentioned maintaining the gutters. And they didn't leave a mess. They were very personable. I was so happy, we have already discussed more work for the spring. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys were great, and went above and beyond for me. I called them for a guttercleaning (which they did the next day, on a Sunday, and before another storm), but mentioned a leak I had. They diagnosed the problem and came back to help fix it the next day at a totally reasonable cost. On time and great communication. Can't say enough about them.

Shane and crew were punctual, professional, and got the job done right. We hired them to do a tough guttercleaning job late in the season, and they were at my house first thing in the morning as promised. Great crew, hard working, and do an honest job. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair with my pricing! All of the people that I have work for have said that my prices are excellent. If I'm power washing their home and they have a big deck or a deck around a pool, I give them half price on the deck or the pool deck. I treat everybody fairly!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk with them on the phone and then when I arrive at the house, I take a walk around the house with them and explain to them what I'm going to do. If they have a request we talk about it and then I tell them to make sure all the windows are closed and I'll knock on the door when I'm done. 🙂
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
