When my boiler started leaking water all over the basement, I called Baystate Mechanical. I spoke with Rick, who walked me through emergency triage. He arrived as scheduled, was professional, and had the expertise and tools required to fix my problem. All work was explained, along with options I had to mitigate future predicaments, and ways to improve efficiencies. I had Baystate Mechanical Replace the boiler and install a WaterCop system - among other work, and couldn't be happier with their services and pricing. If I need any other plumbing services, they're the one I'm going to call!

After returning home from the holiday to a non-working water heater, I contacted them and immediately scheduled me for same-day service.Owner AJ showed up, assessed the problem right away, and had everything up and running in no time.
