- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts for signing our agreement within 15 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do encourage you to call us first, in order to discuss details of the project. We still will want to visit your property to take a closer look. We like to have a solution written out before we leave your property. Having a phone conversation and notes prior to our visit saves a lot of time and gets our solution to be direct and clear for you, the customer.
