Very please with Marcus and his father. They are terrific to work with. Marcus is a great communicator, assessed a crack in our foundation that was allowing water to seep in as well as additional cracks in the floor, and came up with a plan to resolve the problem at a fair price. They showed up on time and did a great job repairing all the cracks. They also worked well with another contractor we had working at the same time. I would highly recommend them.

Marcus was extremely professional, responsive, and got the work done on time. We had water in our basement due to a poor drainage solution in an old building. Marcus quickly identified issues, estimated a solution, and patiently waited while I got approval from our HOA.

Marcus and George did an excellent job resolving our foundation problem! They found the culprit, a crack running deep, fixed it and waterproofed the area inside and outside, treated the mold, and placed a sum pump to divert any water coming from the sloping backyard. And they did all this within the time promised! I highly recommend Effective Waterproofing team for their expertise as well as professionalism and value for the work quality! And they would clean the area daily which was a bonus!! Thanks a million from Teresa and Luisa.

We do offer discounts for signing our agreement within 15 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do encourage you to call us first, in order to discuss details of the project. We still will want to visit your property to take a closer look. We like to have a solution written out before we leave your property. Having a phone conversation and notes prior to our visit saves a lot of time and gets our solution to be direct and clear for you, the customer.
