- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment for our estimator to go out to a customers home or office for a free consultation. While there he will display samples and measure for quotation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a registered Gallery Dealer for Hunter Douglas. Training is given to all installers on a semi annual basis for new and innovative products every year.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both Residential and Commercial customers.
