Exceptional service from Joshawn, Alec and Casey. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Clear communications at all times. We had a complete electrical panel replacement, hard wired smoke alarms, dimmer switches, EV charging plug, ceiling fan and more work done on schedule, on time and on point. They were very knowledgeable, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything after the work was completed. We are very happy with the job they did and even have the ongoing electric service plan with them now. A top rated service team and back office. Would give 6 stars if I could. If you need electrical work, and want it done correctly and quickly - call them!

I received an immediate response from the app. The office called within the hour. The office staff (Wesley?) was extremely friendly and patient. He heard me out and stated what they could do, which representatives would be arriving and their arrival time. A couple of representatives showed up the same day. Abdial (and the trainee, Trevor) looked at the affected areas, then gave options on what needed to be done and how. I needed something soon, but also needed a few minutes to think it through and ask questions. Abdial patiently answered each of my questions. Then Zachary (the electrician) was scheduled to perform the work a couple of days later. We had electrical outlets that stopped working in one corner of our home on two floors. Zachary thoroughly assessed which areas were affected before starting to work. (Our home is old and the circuitry is original.) He was extremely patient with reiterating what needed to be done and answering all of our questions. (Trevor was present for this too!). The job was expected to take several hours. As part of the job we had both inside and outside (covering uncovered outlets) work done. Zackary moved furniture to work and returned it to its original place; cleaned up work spaces; readily and regularly communicated. We will work with Chesapeake and Zackary again! Also, this was a real expense. They guarantee their work. I have peace of mind. Special Note: I appreciate that Chesapeake values on the job training as part of their process. I think this is how you instill your company ethic and procedures.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $49 dispatch fee and we offer senior and military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make everything easy. Online or over the phone job bookings, a friendly and experienced technician will then arrive on the agreed upon time window, we'll assess your request, give you options, complete the work either same-day, or at a date of your choosing. Payments are easy, we accepts cash, check, credit cards, and we even have monthly payment options. Your technician and their supporting staff will handle everything for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have 3 trainings a week, and we also do optional night and weekend training. As well as apprenticeship opportunities to continue to advance in their knowledge and career as a technician.
