- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on frequency of sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with client and perform initial assessment identifying client goals, current status, in order to determine frequency of sessions. I utilize an online platform to track client progress. Regular interaction via email to address any miscellaneous questions between sessions. Goal to create client consistency in healthy habits and educate on health hacks to optimize client performance with their own schedule, resources and constraints.
