Firstly, I have to say PURCHASE EQUIPMENT THAT WILL CLEAN THE CARPETS NOT DIRTY THEM!!! I have never encountered such a horrible carpet cleaning service in my life!!!! The “cleaning” was done prior to the showing of my home for sale in October 2023. There were dust balls and filth all around the edges in every room that didn’t exist when I left the house. I had pre-vacuumed the entire home. Paper clips and such were left behind after the so called “cleaning.” And the kitchen which I personally cleaned top to bottom had crumbs all over the floor. Wound up paying close to $600 to clean up dirt and grime that didn’t exit when I left the home. Pictures attached were just of the living room, bedroom and kitchen. The rest of the house was just as bad or worse. Asked for my $150 refunded but didn’t receive a response.
