FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our objective is to meet with our clients, determine their budgets, and guide them through the design and selection process so that we can help them to land in the price range they have requested . Our inventory fits budgets from the high-end to the more affordable level, yet we do not offer builder-grade materials that you would find in Big Box Stores or other retail outlets. As we buy Wholesale and are not a retail store, we can offer lower pricing for tiles than retail tile shops. We have special sales offers during certain times of the year, such as our 20% summer sale (off the entire project) which lasts until September 15th, each year. We are very sensitive in this financial climate to our customers, so even without a sale, we will do our very best to work with each prospective client to get to their requested project price, whether it be for senior citizens or military personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new lead that matches with what we provide in services, we immediately make contact and invite the customer into our beautiful showroom for a dedicated consultation, at no charge; this way, the prospective customer can see that we are a credible company, meet our design staff, manager and owner....and even enjoy the special Turkish Coffee and Turkish Delight, while browsing our cabinetry, tiles, back splash and other fixtures for the home. Coming to the showroom allows both parties to see if there is a good fit for the project and brings more comfort to the prospective client in inviting someone into their home to further discuss the project. Once the client has met with us and invites us into his or her home, we will come to see the space, take all appropriate measurements for the project, and create a design utilizing our Kitchen and Bath software. Once we complete our first design concept, we will invite the client back to the showroom to view it and work together to make any and all revisions. Once the design is approved, we will offer the client the actual price for the project vs. a loose estimate. (it's important for the client to know that there can often be hidden issues not uncovered until demolition is complete; example-mold behind removed kitchen cabinets, or water discovered under cabinets. Some of these issues can bring about a change order with additional pricing from the original contract, to make unexpected repairs)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud of the fact that our owners, managers, designers and project managers are college-educated. Our project manager is an engineer who has more than 10 years of work experience in the construction industry. Our office manager has a Master's Degree in Business Management. Our Designer has an Interior Design Degree from Parson's School of Design, in NY. Most importantly, we have 30 years experience in Residential and Commercial construction . Our vast experience enables us to quickly understand the structure of our project sites and easily identify the potential problems that certain structural issues might cause. Mr. Yuksel, the owner of our company, has spent his entire life in home building and remodeling, and his experience shows in the quality of our finished projects.
