Outstanding service! I could not understand why my downstairs closet was extremely cold upon entry. During my first conversation with Phillip, he conveyed concern and dedication regarding identification and remediation of the unusually cold air. During initial visit, Phillip noted portions of closet were approximately 15 degrees colder than adjoining rooms. After conducting internal and external inspections of the nearby areas, he identified potential source of cold air. A couple days later with outside temperatures in the 20s, Phillip exhaustively sealed external areas of concern. A few days later, he came again to determine temperature differential within the closet. It was now much more comfortable with temperature only a few degrees below neighboring rooms! Throughout the entire process, Phillip was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I hired H&G to encapsulate my crawl space and Phil did a great job! He responds quickly and is always willing to take the time to explain what’s needed and what he’ll be doing. He’s honest and professional and got the job done fast!
