- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have them on my website where you get a better sense of the value while exploring the prices. I do have collections that combine creation fees with prints with prices averaging over 40% off the a la carte pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate, communicate, communicate! I help clients to understand how the session will go, what they can expect in commitment of time, tips and tricks to help the session be fun and go as smooth as possible. I try to anticipate questions, and am always available to answer any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay current by corresponding in forums, taking on line and in person courses, and through my membership in the Professional Photographers of America.
