Stan is my hero for appliance repair! My dishwasher needed to be repaired. Other technicians had tried to pull the dishwasher out to diagnose it but were unsuccessful; one technician looked at it and refused to even try. I have been trying to get my dishwasher repaired since January working with my home warranty company without any progress. However, after some creative maneuvering and lots of skill, Stan was able to get it out and diagnose the problem! Stan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get this job done. His skill, dedication experience and pricing make his service an excellent value for appliance repair!! Thank you Stan Hao!

Stan did an incredible job at diagnosing the issue with my Speed Queen washing machine. The diagnosis resulted in a relatively quick and easy fix. I was most impressed with how thorough Stan was at evaluating the issue. Will most certainly call Stan again for any other appliance issues.

Stan called me immediately and gave me excellent advice over the phone. Cost of repairs can be about as much as buying a new microwave, he said, and some of these appliances are built to fail in relatively short order. :) I will definitely reach out to him in the future.

I have been through 2 other contractors who ripped me off and did not fix my microwave so I came to Thumbtack to find a reputable repair man. Mr. Stan is a stand up person who does not try to get over on you which I greatly appreciate. He troubleshooted my issue and order the parts. He was respectful of my home and wore and mask and shoe guards. I can’t say enough great things about him. I will definitely use in the future. He also has a great assistant Robin who now books all appointments.

There is a $150 service fee to come out and diagnose the issue with your appliance. The fee goes directly towards the repair cost.

An appointment is required. The appointment includes an in person diagnostic of the the condition of the appliance and a detailed estimate of the cost of labor and or any parts needed to fix the appliance.
