- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $150 service fee to come out and diagnose the issue with your appliance. The fee goes directly towards the repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is required. The appointment includes an in person diagnostic of the the condition of the appliance and a detailed estimate of the cost of labor and or any parts needed to fix the appliance.
