I recently had my dryer repaired by Ryan of Proline Appliance, and I’m very impressed with their service. They were responsive, punctual, and clearly explained the problem and the repair process. They even helped us get our dryer fixed on a holiday. Additionally, they provided helpful maintenance tips. I will definitely use them again for any future appliance repairs.

We moved into our condo already knowing the drain hose on the washing machine had a leak. We went with Proline because of their stellar reputation and responsiveness, and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Not only did Ryan inspect the machine briefly, and QUICKLY fix the problem, he gave me substantial information about the brand and the machine itself. It was like having a walking Google or Sub-Reddit in our laundry room. He even gave us tips on brands to consider and avoid regarding stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. When you hire Proline, you get more than a problem fixed, you get access to years of experience and firsthand knowledge, which makes the value insane! When it comes to appliance repair, they are our first and only choice going forward.

John was upfront about the potential issue and offered expert advice on what would be required to repair the refrigerator. Since it is a newer model, he recommended working directly with Samsung, even though the warranty repair process might take up to three weeks. He was very professional, and if we have any issues in the future, we will definitely be reaching out to Proline Appliance.
