Black ink electric, led by Dennis, did an amazing and quick job. Needed multiple appliances and new circuits installed. Had numerous electricians tell me I needed a lot of work done so that they could up- charge me for extra parts. Last minute he came in and got me an estimate in less than 4 hours. Prices were fair and beat out multiple other contractors. Job was done quick, professional and clean. Literally the only electrician I will use in the Baltimore area. My prices are reasonable and possibly negotiable I try to work with my customer I know times are hard
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with working with a customer is to find out what the problem is, when they're available so I can either come out for an estimate or to complete the job and If I don't have to come out I'll give price over through the app

I received my education and training through a 5year apprenticeship and I've been working in the field (residential, commercial) for over 17years
