Well, I do have to say the mother was great. Her personality and charisma was fantastic. No issues there. My issue was with the service in general. I spend $$ to have a bartender to have a flow in the party. In the proposal she was suppose to bring certain items and in the end, I needed to provide it in the end. No ice, certain juices and the menu on the iPad died. For someone who spent $500 for 4 hrs... I hoping for more and am left disappointed.

Vendor didn’t bring ice as stated on the contract , found out during the occasion that I’ll be responsible for 20% gratuity if guests didn’t tip, despite allowing a tip jar.
