I called customer service and got a call back almost immediately...Jennifer was helpful and put me in touch w their salesperson Greg ,,,, he came out the next day ... measured our windows and the next day we had a quote w a fair lead time ,,,, needless to say we were impressed , Our installer Ronnie was punctual and did a solid job on the install ...everything is level no nails showing ,,, what a great overall experience,,, nice to know there are still people out there that care ,,,thx greg and team
