Pricing depends strictly on the project requirements as well as the requests of the permit issuing authorities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with a phone consultation to determine project requirements and provide some preliminary pricing. Should the client decide to proceed, a site visit would be the first step to getting the project started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of experience in contruction from Real Estate Brokerage, General Contracting, Landlording, Investing, Property Management, and new build construction, we have gained extensive experience in understanding all the prcesses and documentation required to get your project started and completed.
