Our furnace broke this past winter and another company came, charged us, and told us they didn’t find anything wrong. But our furnace wasn’t working.
We found JT Comfort Cooling and called them for a second opinion, they came out quickly and the repair man knew absolutely everything there is to know about HVAC.
He was able to determine that we just needed to replace the thermostat, which he did and now the furnace is running perfectly again! We’ll only be using JT Comfort Cooling from now on.

Jarren came over to my house because I was having issues with my unit was not heating properly. He diagnose that it was a bad unit and presented options on what to do.
He was very professional from the start and updated me on the process.
At the end of the job everything was working well and I was happy with my new unit.
