JT did an excellent job fixing my heat by replacing my thermostat. From the start, he was polite, professional, and very responsive, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, and got right to work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. I reached out to JT right before a snowstorm, and he was very understanding and responsive. When my heat started acting up again, he replied within minutes and was able to come out right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed my heater, and had everything back up and running. He was professional, respectful, and easy to talk to. I’m usually very cautious about letting people into my home, but I felt comfortable with him. I would definitely recommend JT. Husband wrote his own review Jarren did an outstanding job repairing our heating system. We had been dealing with intermittent issues for several days, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also went above and beyond by addressing a few additional concerns he noticed during the repair. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication truly made a difference. Definitely recommend. He was very personable, knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem quickly. Pricing was also reasonable and he gives you options, regarding what work should be done and what can wait. Never once did I feel pressured or felt as if he was finding things to fix. Now that I know I should be receiving regular maintenance on my unit, I will definitely be using him again.
