- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just finished a restaurant to prepare for opening lots of old spoiled foods just really dirty top to bottom . When we were done the owner was over joyed he stated if he had his permits he could open tomorrow due to the spotless state of the restaurant ! I was very pleased to see his reaction at the transformation of his new restaurant ! He was shocked and really gave great compliments to me and my staff !! I
