For my first time using Thumbtack, I was definitely impressed by the quality of service I received from Metro Tech Group. Their home visit to repair my printer saved me from the headache of having to lug my heavy printer into a store. The service was well worth the price. Technician quickly determined my options (replace my printer -- he had scoped out some options in this regard -- or have him repair it. I chose the latter and he did so within the budget proposed, obtaining the necessary parts and instaqlling them. The printer now works perfectly. Apple Computer Repair
Hands down the best experience i have ever had when needing repair or emergency services. We were in Annapolis for a wedding when my college student broke his Macbook screen. Everything is on that notebook and she needed it all immediately. on Saturday morning at 7am I requested help on Thumbtack. Metro Tech responded in 30 minutes. i did receive probably 5 others through out the day and Monday. Metro Tech came and picked up the notebook at 11am in Annapolis at my hotel and delivered back to my hotel now Washington DC Georgetown. Not one other could replace it in less then 3 or 4 days being the weekend. Metro Tech ordered the part at cost for me and charged me labor only with no weekend or emergency fees... - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to talk to the customer and find out exactly what their issues are. Then I assess the problem and determine the best route for repair. Lastly I convey this to the client and obtain their consent for the repair.
