Michael was great to work with. he came to pick up my computer the same day, and returned it the very next day. He was able to fix the problem while the IT guys at my company told me that I needed to re-install windows. I'm glad I went with Michael's advice. Otherwise - I'd be retrieving every program and file that I had stored.

Michael Johnson of Metro Tech Group provided services the met or exceeded my expectations. He ordered the replacement part needed for my laptop, emailed me when it arrived, and came out to install it when scheduled. He answered all of my questions and checked the overall performance of my laptop while he was here. I definitely intend to use his services when needed in the future.

Our pricing structure is comparable to what is typical for other local professional, reputable companies in the DMV/ Baltimore area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and find out exactly what their issues are. Then I assess the problem and determine the best route for repair. Lastly I convey this to the client and obtain their consent for the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. degree in Information Technology, many current industry certifications, 18 years of experience.
