Hands down the best experience i have ever had when needing repair or emergency services. We were in Annapolis for a wedding when my college student broke his Macbook screen. Everything is on that notebook and she needed it all immediately. on Saturday morning at 7am I requested help on Thumbtack. Metro Tech responded in 30 minutes. i did receive probably 5 others through out the day and Monday. Metro Tech came and picked up the notebook at 11am in Annapolis at my hotel and delivered back to my hotel now Washington DC Georgetown. Not one other could replace it in less then 3 or 4 days being the weekend. Metro Tech ordered the part at cost for me and charged me labor only with no weekend or emergency fees... USE them quickly before i convince him to increase his pricing. LOL. Wish I lived closer to them! 100% Fabulous

Mr. Johnson fixed my laptop in a timely manner!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable in determining the issues with my laptop. He drove to my home, quickly identified issues, and returned the next morning with my laptop working and ready to use:-)

Michael Johnson of Metro Tech Group provided services the met or exceeded my expectations. He ordered the replacement part needed for my laptop, emailed me when it arrived, and came out to install it when scheduled. He answered all of my questions and checked the overall performance of my laptop while he was here. I definitely intend to use his services when needed in the future.

I needed to replace a couple rubber feet for my Macbook, and Thumbtack introduced Michael Johnson to me. Michael was great about coordinating with me to get the right parts and pick up the laptop, and he even picked up the Macbook from me and delivered it back to me the next day. Michael was incredibly professional and communicated with me very well.

Our pricing structure is comparable to what is typical for other local professional, reputable companies in the DMV/ Baltimore area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and find out exactly what their issues are. Then I assess the problem and determine the best route for repair. Lastly I convey this to the client and obtain their consent for the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. degree in Information Technology, many current industry certifications, 18 years of experience.
