Mathew M. says, "I’m absolutely amazed with how good of a job Smart Energy Professionals did at my house blowing in insulation in my attic. When Kyle came to my house and took a look at the job, he assessed it like it was. I had everything prepped and ready for his team to work. The attic was easy to access, it was well lit, and I had done some of the harder jobs, like installing rafter vents, before the drywall was installed. Due to this, he assesses that it would only take his crew about half a day and priced the job accordingly. His price was so good that he was less than half of one of his competitors and, still more than $1,500 less then another who was “lowering their price to give me a good deal”. I actually did the math on how much materials would cost to ensure that Kyle’s price wasn’t too low and he’d have to cut corners. After doing the math, I found that he still made a healthy profit and the other guys were a ripoff. Smart Energy Professionals were on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. They even took the time to sweep and vacuum even though I told them not to worry about it considering the fact that I’m there still wasn’t any flooring installed. Paul L. says, "Ivan did two jobs for me. The first was to install cabinets and lighting into built-in bookcases that I have in the kitchen. He recommended that we use ready made cabinets that he built a frame around to make them look custom, which saved me time and money. Then he installed LED lighting under the uppermost shelves to allow me to display glass art that I have. The results are amazing! Not only is he an excellent carpenter, but a licensed electrician as well so you are getting two professionals in one, which made communication so much easier. I'm attaching before/after pics so you can see the beautiful results. The second job was to retrofit living room built-in bookcases into cabinets to display art glass. He removed the wood shelves, restored the walls, painted and installed LED lighting at both the top and bottom of the bookcases. The results again were beyond my expectation. Photos 3 and 4 show the before and after results."See more
