We encountered a few unknowns once they got the walls open but they were able to work through the issues quickly and effectively all while helping give me ideas for improvements or better ways to implement my ideas. The bathroom turned out so nice that it makes every day better. I live in a 75 years old home and have me uncovering things that need to be done little by little. When I pull up the carpet on the original hardwood, I realized just how bad the baseboards were. He came to my home within a couple of hours, measured everything and followed me to Home Depot. He came back and finished the project and I was truly pleased. As he was leaving, I remember another project that I needed to address immediately. Ivan took care of that with no problem as well. Needless to say, he is officially my go to guy! He’s friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and does exceptional work. If you need someone to handle projects, Ivan is your guy!!!"See more
