I sent Charlie pictures of trash/debris I needed hauled from my yard and he gave me an estimate. He came over to the house and found that the trash I needed hauling was more than it appeared -- and that was a fair assessment. He was willing to work with me and we reached an agreement. After all that his crew got attacked by a family of huge rats in my backyard. He laughed it off! His crew did everything I asked. Job well done.
Anthony was great and super responsive. He quickly completed my lawn that was massively overgrown and more work than the average yard. He made my yard look GREAT! And he cleaned up extra debris and weeds from the neighbors. Compared to other quotes I got on the same job, his prices were BEST. He was prompt, communicative and extremely informative, offering advice for future lawn care.
Enrico was fast, very communicative and offered a competitive bid. I'd absolutely hire him again, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for junk/debris removal.
Mr. Leatherwood was professional and curteous. My yard waste and construction debris was removed less than 24 hours after posting my request at a very reasonable price.
It was a really cold day, the two gentlemen did an excellent job removing all the trash. They were very thorough, even sweeped up the remaining debris. They were very pleasant.
Cesar is great. The job was a bit larger than expected and the removal of my debris took 2 trips instead of the 1 trip we both anticipated yet he did not complain nor change the price on me. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
The service was great! Arrived on time to my home, assessed the material to be moved and proceeded to remove items. Very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend this company!
The service was great and I couldn't have expected more for the challenges at hand with early my early home renovation. Rosie Red's was prompt and reliable and I recommend them to anyone looking for great service for deep cleaning and junk removal!
I had a gas fireplace installed two years ago. Another contractor did the basic frame and sheetrock around the fireplace but didn't finish the job. Jenrri met with me in person to assessed the job and give a quote for the work. Jenrri was pleasant and professional and my two Westies both liked him. If they didn't like him I wouldn't have hired him. He said the front area around the firebox would need to have the sheetrock replaced with cement board. I was glad he knew this because not having the right materials could be a fire hazard. After meeting with him. I decided to hire him and planned for him to come Feb. 16-19, 2016 to do this job. He did this job with another worker named Melby. Jenrri and I had to buy materials from the store the first day, but Melby stayed and started working. He removed the sheetrock and also cut boards for the shiplap look I wanted on the upper front and sides of the fireplace. Jenrri and Melby completed cutting and installing about half of the boards the first day. They laid tile on the hearth and around the firebox. I had picked large tiles for the hearth and small tiles to go around the firebox. The small tiles took more time to cut and install. Some of the tile around the firebox doesn't lay completely flat because of the screws for the cement board and because the framing around the firebox wasn't level. If I had to pick again I would have picked larger tiles to go around the firebox. They would have been easier to install and wouldn't have shown that the firebox wasn't completely level. After the tile and boards were installed they painted all the boards and the two walls on each side of the fireplace. Then installed the mantle and touched up the painting. They did a very nice job cleaning up when the work was done and even put furniture and a rug back in place. They also completed the job on time. I am happy with my finished fireplace. It looks beautiful. Both Jenrri and Melby work hard and do a good job. Maybe if Jenrri did the whole project instead of finishing someone else's work it would have been perfect. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to others.
They cleaned up my entire yard and removed leaves in their truck. Excellent workers and responsive. Great father and son team. Will hire again.
Very flexible and reasonably priced. Picked up backyard debris that needed to be removed prior to open house.
Gary did an excellent job. He arrived on time. He removed all of the items I wanted efficiently. He was friendly and professional.
Called and came right at the time he said. Loaded up the debris quickly at the price he quoted. Very pleasant to seal with. Will defiantly keep in mind for other work.
Very reliable did a great job removing all the leaves and debris in our front and backyard and also cut down the branches on several trees that were encroaching on our house. I would highly recommend!
They did a wonderful job. Came the same afternoon to do an estimate and were very flexible in coming back over the weekend. They were here in a timely manner, in fact a couple minutes before. Also their peices were very reasonable after getting estimates from 3 other companies. Would highly recommend them!
Over the last 10 months of a never ending kitchen restoration, my DH and I have interacted with many contractors, vendors and repair people. Some of those experiences have been so God awful that I just wanted to go sit in the corner of a room and stare off into space from the shock. Not in this case. Our yard became a wasteland of debris and horrifying garbage after 1. storing our kitchen goods and wares outside in a tent. 2. The workers we had redoing our kitchen were constantly throwing their supplies/trash/detritus outside. 3. A rainy, mild winter resulted in many sopping wet pieces of cardboard, tarps, etc. 4. The final kicker was the last Winter snowstorm a few weeks back. Lost a lot of supplies and belongings to melting snow that turned into pure ice and than ruined things in the melt. So this was not an easy, nice or organized job to do. Basically our yard looked liked a ruined base camp after a Mount Everest collapse combined with a post apocalyptic backdrop for a Zombie movie. That was before the Junk Unlimited crew showed up today. I only give high praise once in a blue moon. It is well deserved here. Fast, super polite and very organized work. Something that could have been fraught with stress, was actually a happy experience. Very reasonable rates too. It is so nice to find total professionals who do a job well and leave people smiling when they're done. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Raul and his crew did a fabulous job removing the brick from my walk and steps and installing the new travertine stone in its place. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied.
Samantha is AWESOME! She came to remove my old hose bib and and replace it with a frost free one. I originally hired her to install a hose bib because I didn't know one was there already. She quickly found the old one and gave me advice on preventing it from freezing up during the winter and leaking into the basement. The work was completed quickly, and everything was left so clean, you would never know anything was done. The pricing is fair and her work is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and shows excellent attention to detail. I've already hired her for other jobs. Do yourself a favor and hire Miss Unique.
Fredy Sanchez is a joy to work with .?He listens & is willing to make suggestions and discuss options. He cleaned up tons of leaves, which was my initial need. But I am having him back to trim some trees & bushes next week. His business card states that he offers many services including housecleaning & junk removal. I trust him. He’s a young man who is willing to work hard.
Mike and team did a fantastic job today. I requested for a junk removal service initially. When I spoke to Mike over the phone, I explained to him what other thing I wanted to get done to see if his team could offer me a one stop shop. Mike was able to give me a quote rightaway without hesitant. Mike was extremely well communicated on pricing, arrival time and estimated time for completion. We maintain communication prior to the day of the job and I was impress with how responsive and polite Mike was. I took pictures of the stuff I had and he was really confident that him and his team can do all of it in one trip. My husband and I was skeptic at first but we decided to give Mike and his team a try. We want to respect our contractor’s time as well as our time. We already did all the initial work and move our stuff to the garage and front door, making it easy for just to lift everything into the trunk. Mike didn’t ask us to, but we just renovated our floors and re-painted our walls so we didn’t want the moving of stuff up and down the stairs to stratch any of our new flooring and walls. Upon arrival, the team got to work right-away. The inspection of the junk was about 5 minutes, then they just started breaking the furnitures into smaller, packable pieces for the truck. I didn’t even know they can do that. The team load the junk in our entire garage, the mattresses, and finished the caulking service I asked for initially in an hour and half. Total trip for moving our mattresses to another location and loading the truck full of junk takes about 3 hours. That was pretty impressive. They were all included in the price quoted upfront. Note that I specifically described what I wanted done and distance travel prior to the day of the job. I’ve used many movers and haulers in the past and I wasn’t happy with the results. This was why I always try to look for a better team that I could trust. Thanks to Mike and his team, now we know who to call for our future projects. Will definitely use their service again.
Marvin arrived early in the morning. He was fast and quick with the removal of the construction debris and plaster! I look forward to working with Marvin again.
