I hired Rene Oliva and his team to redo our old rotted decking with composite material. He also replaced some of the joists underneath that had become rotted as well, and the railings. He used composite boards and railings, with hidden fasteners and it looks great. I was grateful that he was as picky as me, when it comes to having everything lined up and leveled, so that it looks nice from all angles. He even had to correct some of the structural issues with the existing deck frame.
