- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies based on the event size, timeframe, and services needed. Because we offer so many services, it's much easier to let us know exactly what you need so we can setup a package that satisfies you and fits your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know what our customers are looking for. Our first step is to have a consultation with the customer to find out their needs, expectations, and about their events. The next step is to develop a plan together that will assess those needs. Once we've done this, we then begin to execute the plan that we've come up with together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started off in the business doing night clubs and private events. Through referrals, our business grew to something we saw we needed to invest more into. This resulted in the expansion of our business services, including providing sound, lighting, and personalized monograms for events.
