I reached out on thumbtack to find drywallrepair. I received a few quotes, went through reviews and picked out The Patch Boys. Eli is the guy I mainly spoke to and he was very responsive. We originally wanted to get this done in March but then the quarantine hit and had to wait until now to get it done. Why did I not go to another company? Because these guys not only offered competitive pricing, but they stayed in contact with me throughout to let me know what's going on. I messaged them on Tuesday asking if they can come this week, they came Wednesday and finished up on Thursday. They not only repaired my drywall, but were able to paint it perfectly as well. The guy who came out to do the work was Gus. He was extremely friendly, personable and professional. The quality and speed of his work was worth the cost I spent, which was $940. After he was done, he did a great job of cleaning up after himself too. When we need patchwork done again in the future, you can be sure that The Patch Boys are officially in our contact list.

I had a hole in the drywall in my ceiling due to a leak in my roof. I spoke to the owner Eli. An appointment was made. His employee Gus came out and did a great job patching the hole. It looks great! He was on time both days. In addition, his clean up was top notch! I recommend The Patch Boys to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often give estimates just based on pictures sent by the customer via email or text. If we cannot get a clear enough idea, we will come out to take a look in person. All estimates are free of charge with no obligation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a customer, is as follows. After the customer accepts our proposal, we will be in touch with regards to a date and time that works best. Some projects (over 1000.00 dollars), require a deposit of a third of the total invoice. The remaining balance is only due upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Patch Boys of Baltimore is part of a nationwide franchise. That being said, all franchisees get hands on training from the amazing Patch Boys franchise staff.
