A few days before closing on a property in the Pikesville area, we had a water leak.. The drywall in the basement had to be replaced along with other minor repairs... I reached out to a numbers of contractors, but no one could break free from the jobs they were on.. After I contacted RDM General Contractor LLC and explained my circumstances, he was able to reschedule his other jobs and started working replacing & repairing the drywall immediately the next day...
The Owner of RDM suggested that we use green drywall in the basement because it was water resistant among other things..
The other light repairs were also completed and we were able to close on the property on time.. RDM General Contractors LLC is an excellent company and they're very professional. I would recommend RDM General Contractors to anyone that needs a reliable contractor... Thank You RDM General Contractors...
