Dale was awesome! I contacted via Thumbtack in the morning and he responded within an hour! He was completing a job and was able to schedule me the same day! He was able to assess the issues with our ceiling fan and a wall switch. He had the issues resolved that day. Very reasonable. Will contact him again for future electrical jobs.

This past weekend I had a technician come out to install a dishwasher. Unfortunately he could not get power to the dishwasher. So he disconnected everything and suggested I call an electrician. Today Dale immediately identified and resolved the electrical problem retrieved his tools and volunteered to complete the Dishwasher install. Excellent service.

One of the tasks that needed to be done was to install exhaust fans in the bathrooms. After the work was done, we found huge holes that were made bigger than the size of the exhaust fans. As a result, we have exhaust fans with large holes poking up into the ceiling around them. This is not how it’s supposed to be. The cover of the exhaust fan is large enough to cover it if the hole was made of an appropriate size. For the last eight months we’ve looked to find a third-party to patch up these holes, but it has been impossible.

Great help, had a tricky issue with a smart thermostat needing C wire power when there was none, with a bit of diagnosing the wiring we were able to get power to the thermostat in a manner that still turned on the fan blower for the AC unit. Friendly guy too and I would hire again.

We are very particular about who does work for us. So please believe me when I say that 23Electric is extremely awesome.
