My experience with Damien and his team at Alms Electric was excellent. From the initial consultation to the post-install review call, everyone involved showed integrity and professionalism. They showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and started work right away. Although my initial call was for one device to be installed, Damien graciously accommodated my ever-increasing scope of work without complaint. The final tally was four installed devices: 1 floodlight, 1 porch light, 1 exterior basement step light, and 1 outdoor electrical outlet. The devices all perform flawlessly. Throughout the process, employees always consulted me first and sought permission if work needed to be done which would either require additional cost/material or would require invasive work such as cutting drywall. Communication was excellent since I was always kept apprised of what exactly was being done, why it was necessary and the current running total. The job site was kept clean and if invasive procedures needed to be done such as drywall, they even contract a specialist to return and patch the holes. Typically that task falls to the homeowner but they are a one-stop shop that spares no expense for customer service. In short, this is one of the best electrical companies that I've had the pleasure of doing business with and I already have a list of future projects lined up.
