- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss about the customer's electrical issues. Find out what type of service they need. If the customer is looking for a new install and wants an estimate, I'll personally go to see what they need in terms of the electrical service. If they have an emergency and need a technician ASAP, I will book your call as a troubleshooting which can be bill at hourly basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner of the Empire Electric. I've been working in this field for than 10 years. I'm Master Electrician in 3 States and Washington DC. Residential and Commercial Experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Right after High School I Worked for the same company until I started Empire Electric.
