EXCELLENT customer service! Although I ultimately went with another company; this was a very close second choice. Jason did a thorough inspection of my fireplace and chimney, inside and outside, and talked me through everything he found (including the parts that looked good!) The written quote was also extremely detailed; I didn’t have any questions about what would be included. Thank you for the great service!

I am truly impressed with the work and professionalism of Yeison and Oscar. Yeison was patient and respectfully answered my questions. He took the time to explain the entire procedure needed to repair the chimney. The chimney looks fantastic! The prices are reasonable.

I originally have an water seepage damage issue on the ground below my furnace and HVAC inside the closet of my garage. My wife and I suspected it's from the chimney above and therefore found this company.

They inspected all the chimneys on the roof, used water to test the pipe. And found no issue. They also went to the attic to examine the pipes there.

At the end, they concluded it's not roof chimney related.

We wanted him to replace a smaller chimney cap with a bigger one though. Still, he said there's no need as it is perfectly fine.

It's common for contractors just to persuade customers fixing something that not urgently needed. This company is not that type. They find the root of the issues on site. If there is no need, they just tell the truth right away.

I appreciate much of their honesty and professionalism. In the future, I definitely will consider using them again if my chimney has any issue.

Honesty takes precedence over their need for business. You can't find too many in the market.

Yeyson was very professional and helpful with a challenging shelf installation into an old, crumbling brick wall. He also took the time to do a thorough analysis of my old chimney, including getting on the roof, and providing a quote free of charge.
