Phil T. says, "I met with Jerry and Chris to discuss the insulation job. Jerry made a very good presentation about ROI and how they do business. I asked about some other work and Jerry could easily have added on to the job but instead he was honest and explained why the work was not necessary. ROI kept in touch throughout the project, from scheduling the job, ensuring I knew why the installation crew was late, and following up to check that I was pleased with the work. An inspector was on site during the entire job. The crew was efficient and spread out plastic sheeting to protect the floor and my spouse’s clothes, as the attic access is in her clothes closet. They upgraded the ceiling access panel to insulate it better and even repaired a disconnected vent in the attic. I took a quick look at the attic after the job was completed and it has never looked that good. And, most importantly, our second floor definitely feels a little cooler than during other summers.
