I came home to high temperatures inside my house. Despite my thermostat being at 70, the temperature inside was 81. My outside a/c unit wasn't running. My vents were blowing mildly cool air. I contacted Mr. Lian. About 1.5 hours later, he arrived at my home to work on my issue. He said I needed a new part (capacitor/condensor?), cleaning, and more freon. Once that was done, my home slowly reached the appropriate temperature. Although the price seemed high ($650), I am glad to have my home cool again.

Pau went above and beyond to fix our furnace after another tech count figure out the problem. He replaced our electrical board because he noticed we were still under warranty. No extra charge, very fair price Great work.

We were really in a bind and Pau went above and beyond! To get us taken care of ASAP. Even with miscommunication on my end, my error, he did not give up and really came through! Not cheap to fix but hey, the man responded super fast, was super nice, explaining everything along the way, and even after getting stung by a wash on the face, kept on working and completed the job! This is a dedicated man and professional! I will certainly use him again in the future! Have no fear with this A/C pro!
