Pau got right to work fixing our A/C and kept at it until it was fixed. I’d had one of the big companies come earlier in the day and they stood around doing nothing and said they’d have to come back Monday (this was Friday AM). They tried to charge me as much to do nothing as Pau charged to actually fix the problem. He was hardworking, professional, and extremely skilled. He clearly knows his stuff! And as mentioned, his prices are incredibly reasonable, especially when compared to the “big guys.” I will absolutely be calling him for all of my HVAC needs going forward! Thanks, Pau!

I came home to high temperatures inside my house. Despite my thermostat being at 70, the temperature inside was 81. My outside a/c unit wasn't running. My vents were blowing mildly cool air. I contacted Mr. Lian. About 1.5 hours later, he arrived at my home to work on my issue. He said I needed a new part (capacitor/condensor?), cleaning, and more freon. Once that was done, my home slowly reached the appropriate temperature. Although the price seemed high ($650), I am glad to have my home cool again.
