Great service! Purchased a home and the gutters were a mess. Marcel arrived on time, communicated the price and did a great job of cleaning all my gutters. He provided before and after pictures! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The estimate an Thumbtack, on the square footage is incorrect. So when we has a PRO got to the job site, we have to give a on-site estimate. Because Thumbtack is giving an estimate pertaining to the square foot you guys put in, when the pro arrive on the job site it’s, different square footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customers, I communicate the whole time from the job start until the job finish, I always give my customers good advice. So that they can save money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work with a gutter company for years. So I have tons of experience. An well educated about this type of work.
