Hi Tee, I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. I take pride in being professional and completing work safely and correctly, and I want to clarify a few important details for anyone reading this review. During the job, the environment became unsafe due to a personal dispute happening a few feet away from where I was working. I remained professional, but after a physical altercation occurred inside the home, I made the decision to leave for my own safety. This situation greatly affected the ability to complete the project as planned. In addition, the work required a different approach than what you preferred. I recommended the proper method to avoid damage and potential injury; however, the alternative method you insisted on made the task far more difficult and resulted in multiple cuts and burns to my hands. I communicated the need for additional time and proper materials, but that request was declined.
