Ryan did an absolute amazing job on my home repairs. I originally contacted him regarding a roof repair but in the end he did so much more. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to look over a job and see a time frame how long I think it wil take to complete the job and see where anyway there can be savings. From my experience many companys have high overhead cost that ups the pricing and they base pricing off square footage and off a book.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and get a idea of exactly what the customer is looking for in relation to their project. Once that's done I will offer any suggestions that I feel may benefit assist them with the project. Most people are a little uneasy about starting a new project and what to expect so I like to take the time to assure them and address any concerns they may have so the Project can run smooth.
