Ra Company arrived at my residence accompanied by another worker and explained that the additional worker would be assisting him in completing the task I had hired him to do. Although the job took longer than anticipated, I view this as an unsatisfied job . I had expected the job to require only one worker and be completed in a timely manner. He didn’t demonstrate any professionalism at all. he missed an opportunity to demonstrate excellent customer service. I’m very disappointed, frustrated and afraid. after I provided him with the payment he became hostile towards me and attempted to demand additional compensation. I am extremely disappointed and displeased with the outcome.
