Hi, Darius arrived early and was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He completed my entire home inspection and stopped to explain any red flags or concerns in the home that he found. He also ran a radon test in the home and explained the process of the 48hr test. I highly would recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% New Customer Discount as well as discounted service bundles, i.e., Home Inspection w/ Radon or Lead, Rental Inspection w /Lead Inspection, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customer directly to get the specifics of the property and project. Once the details are confirmed, a link is sent to the client via email and text with all relevant agreements to be signed. There is also a link to the payment portal included for ease. Following the inspection, the client is walked through the home for a review of defects and positive areas of the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 100 classroom hours covering all aspects of home inspection.
I am an EPA licensed HVAC mechanic and a certified Apartment Maintenance Technician CAMT.
I have over 25 years of facility maintenance experience in various settings, i.e. hotel, multifamily, warehouse, etc.
