My name is Lane Baggett and I have been inspecting homes now for over eight years in several different states and have an additional seven years of construction and remodeling experience. My reports contain detailed information about each system of the house with high quality pictures and descriptions. I encourage all my clients to follow me during the walk through so I may answer any questions they might have along the way. Buying or selling a home is a big deal and I make sure that each of my clients walk away satisfied that they received the best possible inspection of their home. Lane handled my inspection and he was great! He was able to fit me in with only a days notice, his pricing was affordable and upfront and he arrived at the house earlier than I did to begin the inspection. His report was detailed and contained both recommendations and pictures. Finally, he was prompt and concise with any and all follow up questions I had. Definitely recommend his to anyone buying a home in the Clarksville area!
