Carmelina and her team were my first experience with a cleaning service ever and they were absolutely wonderful. I will be recommending MCM Cleaning to everyone I know. The business owner Carmelina responded to my quote request within two days and was able to fit me in within one day's notice. Her and her team arrived promptly, took a walk through to evaluate what was needed, asked where I'd like them to start first and then went straight to work. They were so sweet and understanding of my 36 lb. dog who is very sweet but wouldn't stop barking. After they were done the deep clean she asked me to check her work to make sure all our needs were met. They managed to get into every nook and cranny of our apartment of three adults, 2 dogs, and 1 cat and I couldn't be happier with the results. I immediately felt better about my environment and that feeling is priceless. Thank you so much Carmelina, you were a dream to work with and MCM is now my go-to cleaning business.

MCM Cleaning was referred to us after we moved to a larger house that our old cleaner (single individual) wouldnt be able to handle. We didnt learn of this until after we moved and were in a pinch to find a cleaning company that could do a move in clean. I requested a quote on a Sunday through the website and was provided a very detailed estimate within two hours. This was followed up with a few messages to confirm additional specifics and timeline. The following Monday - not even 24 hours later - Carmelina called and text me about an unexpected cancelation that opened up the teams schedule. We agreed to proceed. The cleaning team was immediately ready for the task. All supplies, tools, and materials needed for the job were brought into the house on arrival. We did friendly introductions and immediately Carmelina asked me to do a walk through of the house to highlight areas of concern. The house was previously rented to tenants and was broom clean - in name only (imagine the worst). As Carmelina and I walked through the house the cleaning team immediately started tackling the obvious firsts. After about an hour Carmelina asked me to do some checks of the master bath and bedroom to confirm quality was as expected. Then after 4 hours of cleaning we did the final walk through together. Both of us pointing out areas where a little touch up was needed - but nothing major was missed. The key here is that MCM Cleaning wants to make their customers satisfied. MCM knows communication is key. Given the situation and how quickly and well MCM Cleaning responding I highly recommend you use their services. We look forward to a long relationship with this team and have started a bi-weekly clean schedule.

They amazing Mrs. Carmelina is so professional and amazing I asked for a move in clean up for the purchase of my first home. She emailed over proposal detailing everything that would be done and additional services offered of I needed or wanted it. OMG I can not even describe how amazing of a job they did it made me so excited and ready to move in! Im putting up a before and after pictures of what it looked like behind the stove and what it looks like now. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
