- To start, in-person design consults starting at $500 (location dependant).
- Want to hire me for the day? Designer for the day service: $1200 in person for a 5 hour day.
- Ready for a full design project? Packages start at $4,875, with a $15,000 project minimum.
- Seeking a custom design solution? Our offerings begin at $3,800.

We’ve been working with A Chalet Collective for over three years to manage our lakehouse in the Poconos. We live 2.5 hours from this property and would absolutely not be able to manage its many intricacies, from hot tub sanitation to landscaping to linen turnover to repairs large and small without Moira and her team. ACC takes virtually all the stress off our plates and has helped level up our rental business to an annual gross of $70k. We love that working with Moira feels like working with a trusted friend and partner, not an anonymous manager for whom our property would be one in 100. She has loads of experience and great ideas. It’s collaborative when we want, hands off when we need, and absolutely our best avenue to low-stress success in running a vacation rental.
