- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different services. While some repairs are billed by the hour, security consultations are free and typically involve a design build quote that is specific to the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to what a client is trying to accomplish. We take a customized approach with each client so the details are important. Then we move forward with a proposal that best fits the clients needs based on that information. From there we discuss and make changes until we come with a solution that is right for the client. We want to make sure that the client walks away from the transaction feeling that a complex issue has just been made simpler.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are Licensed Lockmisths and Security System Techs. We stay up to date on the latest technology by regularly participating in seminars provided by our state of the art manufacturers.
