I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Marie for my 50th birthday and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. She did an absolutely amazing job on my makeup. I received so many compliments throughout the celebration.
Danielle was friendly, personable, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She arrived on time, was very professional, and showed incredible patience and care during my appointment. It truly felt like she was just as invested in making my day special as I was.

Danielle is a gem!!! I recently had the pleasure of working with her, and I must say that as someone who doesn't use makeup or know much about it, the experience was absolutely amazing. All I showed her was the color of my wedding dress, and told her I did not want to feel like I had something sticking to myself all day. She gently listened to my request, was flexible and got to my place before our appointment. She not only transformed my look but also made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her work was so impressive that many people at the event asked about her, and I received numerous compliments on my makeup throughout the day. I highly recommend her for her exceptional skills, the value, and she is incredibly personable. I can’t add pre and post pictures as I wear the hijab and would rather not have it but believe me she was incredibly, and culturally aware and respectful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $25 deposit is required to book a makeup session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation with my client first to understand their needs and see if we are a good fit for each other. I require a $25 deposit to book. The day before or morning of I will text my client to confirm their appointment. I arrive to my appointments 15 minutes early to have time to setup and have another discussion with my client to confirm their desired look. A regular makeup job usually takes me an hour to complete, however for bridal or unique jobs such as photoshoots or special effects makeup, the job duration can go over an hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken online courses as well as private lessons taught by other professional makeup artists. I'm constantly looking for courses and educational materials to stay updated on makeup artistry.
