- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. I keep my fees competitive and flexible,especially in light of the volume and frequency of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free phone consultation to get a sense of what's needed. If it looks like a good match, we'll schedule an in-person meeting to continue the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began as a writer in advertising over 35 years ago and have worked for very large ad agencies as well as for small businesses as head of their in-house marketing. I use all my skills as copywriter, marketing strategist, graphic designer, photographer, video animator and creative director in my work.
