After an owner signs on with us, we market the property for tenants, require each applicant to fill out an application and undergo a credit check and criminal background check, and we manage the property and conduct regular inspections to insure that the property is being properly cared for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who is willing to put in the work and who you can trust. Real property is often one's most valuable asset, and so its very important that an owner hire a property manager who is loyal, works hard, and is accountable.
