After failing miserably with DIY efforts, I chose to seek the assistance of a professional and I’m so glad Private Pest Detectives was the choice I made. Victor responded and scheduled an appointment quickly. During the appointment he explained the cause of mice entering the home and ways to eliminate it altogether, rather than just catch or deter. He also thoroughly explained what he would be doing every step along the way and offered ways to cut costs. After over a month of use, I am so impressed to share that Victor is a man of his word and I have not seen a single mouse since his service. Other neighbors still have complaints, even those who sought service with other exterminators multiple times. Victor was so nice, he offered to stop back by and do one extra seal on my back door frame that he promised to throw into the deal. The Pest Czar came in, assessed the problem, set traps, explained what needed to be done and 1 week later they all seem to have disappeared. Sasha took into account that we have a small dog and a baby in the house during the day and the fact that I was freaking out. He came right out when I called and came back on his time to check the traps.He sealed ta hole around a pipe just in case it was a doorway for the rodent. You won't go wrong hiring Pest Czar. Sasha will take care of your problem, or come back as many times as it takes to get rid of your pest."See more
