Kia H. says, "I saw a mouse in my house on Monday, and let me tell you!!! When I say this company was on it!!! I inquired online the night before (mind you, around midnight) and he called me the very next morning! Advised that he would get to me no later than 1pm that day to do a consultation…I was so shocked but very pleased at his promptness. He showed up just before 1pm and did a full inspection of my home. Afterwards he advised me of all the openings (even the smallest ones) and he assured me he’d take care of me. That he did! He scheduled to come out today between 10-12pm and was here by 10:15am. Within 2 hours he’d covered all openings behind my appliances, inside closets, by the washing machine, the whole 9! I’ve never been so impressed with such professionalism, courtesy, and valuable work EVER! He also advised me that he handles all pests and insects too! I’m so mad this website only allows you to choose 3 options because I can honestly say, his responsiveness, value, professionalism, work quality, and punctuality was all a 10/10! If you are ever in need of any type of pest or bug control, I recommend Private Pest Detectives undeniably! This man saved me, as I have a serious phobia of mice/rats!"See more
