Jimmie was exceptional in helping with my rodent issue at my condo! He arrived on time, was extremely personable (and asked me about my dog and showed me pictures of his!) and was communicative about what he was doing and how to fix the issue I was having, as well as explaining why previous attempts had been failing due to improper materials and missed holes that needed patching. After the assessment, he generously offered to get started right away on patching holes with sheet metal and once done gave me tips on what to look out for and what I should be cognizant of for when to call back under my warranty for a second visit. It is still only a day later, but I feel very confident in his work and am looking forward to not seeing mice in my kitchen! Thanks again Jimmie!!

Greta experience Fast responses - was able to come for a free inspection within 24 hours and then do the work to help with mice the following day. Is one of the only companies that will remove kitchen appliances and seal behind them to protect against rodents. Very grateful !
