Greta experience Fast responses - was able to come for a free inspection within 24 hours and then do the work to help with mice the following day. Is one of the only companies that will remove kitchen appliances and seal behind them to protect against rodents. Very grateful !

We needed holes in the foundation definitively closed. PPD were the only ones I landed on that would block however many holes needed to be blocked, vs a limit, and they also pull out all the appliances to seal the openings in the walls behind them, that we think don’t matter if you can’t see them! They also seal around holes for plumbing. Bait is set such that rodents die outside or in the walls. That may sound gross, but I’m not remotely open to dealing with dead rodents in traps in/outside! Nope! These guys are very thorough and respectful. They provide a 6-month warranty. Our house was terrible so if we need a re-do, okay. But all’s well so far.

Victor was extremely thorough and personable when evaluating and addressing my mouse issue. He took time to explain common rodent entry points and behaviors, and found a number of problem areas that a different “big box” exclusion company had missed entirely (as well as alerting me to a fire hazard that Terminix had caused). The pricing for the service was extremely fair compared to other exclusion services. He was punctual and the estimate as well as the repair were completed in the exact timeframe he quoted. It was a huge relief to have the work done just days after the estimate. His exclusion technique seems very robust and so far, i haven’t seen new evidence of mice!
