We are competitive in our pricing and work with clients to achieve fair price. We also offer 10% discounts to all US service veterans who served honorably.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because of the cutthroat business and some companies lack of Moral, Values, Integrity and business Ethics, SIS wanted to stand out from the rest. We decided to send all of our management team to Black Ops Leadership Training (BOLT) so that all of our team members would perform systematically. More so, we did it so that our business could grow and function in a constantly ever changing environment. Our mission objectives are far beyond standard. We have an obligation to succeed and to achieve more by being proactive. The business impact that Black Ops Leadership Training have, has improved communication, results and leadership competency, and has helped empower us to be a better company. The Business Capabilities Workshop was an extraordinary program to help our business team focus on our specific goals with a workable plan. The strategies and concepts about mission planning were outstanding and we have already implemented the BOLT processes into our daily agenda to improve everyday. In addition, the seven steps to mission success was a great hit not only during the workshop, but our staff has been employing the model to achieve their goals and get positive results ever since! Before the BOLT Direct Action Debriefing Seminar, we did not have an understanding of the power of debriefing in our business. The Direct Action Debriefing SHADOWS protocol has helped our team understand how important it is that we debrief regularly to surgically use the intelligence we have gathered and acted upon and to improve our plan and actions for success with each mission. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
The CEO/President started a career in security at age 18yrs old as an event security officer. Throughout the years, he advanced into various typrs of security environment. He went from event security officer, armed security to Executive/Close Protection Specialist and now CEO/President of SIS.
